Education and Skill Development
With an ever-evolving landscape of skills, market requirements, and deeper integration of technology into every sphere of functional activities, it is going to become challenging for youngsters to stay competitive in the market to find employment and growth opportunities. With the business and work practices becoming more global, a good grasp of communication and articulation skills have also become as essential as technical or functional prowess.
Add to this the pandemic that has displaced millions of people in the market and will continue to do so over the next two years due to a shift towards automation and the elimination of manual processes/roles.
There is a mixed feeling in the market where there is an acute shortage of niche talent in the market and there is an abundance of generically qualified individuals who are finding it difficult to get the standard administrative, operational or coordinator roles.
Our aim is to identify the top skills that are in demand in the market and to get youngsters trained on these skills along with English language proficiency and personality development training programs that will help them bag jobs in the market.
The creation of a good talent pool will also help the industry and keep the economy buoyed as the shortage of talent leads to an economic and qualitative impact on service delivery.
Our focus will be more on tier-2 cities and smaller towns where there are bright students who have not had the opportunity to be exposed to corporate culture but have high scores. We will also be working with other NGOs, corporate CSR divisions to help students score good marks in academics through online tutoring programs that can be arranged from larger cities as well as strengthening of the classroom infrastructure in partnership and with the support of local and central government bodies and departments.
We are always in need of support from you all in establishing a good skill development pipeline for our youth so if you are someone who can do coaching online a couple of hours a week either to teach or to clarify doubts, or you can run fundraisers to build, replace or repair infrastructure in schools, or can run training programs for skill development on vocational skills, please do reach out to us and help us in this initiative.
